Nevada legalized recreational cannabis through Question 2 in November 2016, with sales beginning July 1, 2017 — one of the fastest turnarounds from vote to legal sales in US history. The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) regulates all cannabis businesses.

Nevada adults 21+ may purchase up to 1 ounce of cannabis flower or 3.5 grams of concentrate per transaction. Las Vegas Strip hotels and casinos do not allow cannabis on property, though consumption is permitted in private residences and licensed consumption lounges.

How to buy cannabis in Nevada
