• POS and CRM data: customer transaction and segmentation data your dispensary provides through integrations or secure uploads. This data belongs to your organization.
• Check-In data: permissioned customer contact information collected through BakedBot Check-In flows on behalf of your dispensary.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and error logs for security and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Operate and improve the BakedBot platform and AI agents.
• Generate campaign recommendations, audience segments, and compliance reviews.
• Send transactional and operational communications about your account.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information or your dispensary's customer data to third parties.

3. Marketing Communications

If your dispensary uses BakedBot Check-In or SMS/email marketing features, customers opt in through a consent-explicit flow and can reply STOP at any time to opt out of marketing messages. BakedBot enforces opt-out processing on behalf of operators.

4. Data Sharing

We share information only:

• With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics), under data processing agreements.
• When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of BakedBot or others.
• With your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. POS integration and customer data you provide can be deleted on request. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained for analytics.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and audit logging to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong password and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

8. Cannabis Industry Notice

BakedBot operates exclusively with licensed cannabis dispensaries and operators in jurisdictions where cannabis commerce is legal. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 21 years of age.
