Treez integration

Keep Treez as your system of record. Add an AI operating layer on top.

BakedBot connects authorized Treez commerce data to compliance-aware AI agents that help dispensaries improve product discovery, retention, inventory decisions, and revenue recovery. Treez runs retail operations. BakedBot helps your team decide what to do next.

How the Treez connection works

Native activation follows Treez API authorization. If API credentials are still being provisioned, an operator-authorized import can be used as a temporary onboarding bridge without pretending the connection is live.

1
Create the operator workspace: Set up the organization and locations first. Treez credentials are not required to create a BakedBot workspace or begin operator onboarding.
2
Authorize the Treez connection: For native sync, BakedBot uses the Treez API with operator/partner-authorized credentials. Credentials stay encrypted and scoped to the approved location.
3
Sync approved retail data: Product catalog and inventory are the initial read-only surfaces. Customer and ticket/order data are enabled only when the installation is explicitly authorized for those reads.
4
Agents turn signals into proposals: Smokey, Pops, Mrs. Parker, Money Mike, and Craig use the approved data to identify shopping, retention, inventory, and revenue opportunities.
5
Deebo governs execution: Compliance, consent, and human-approval rules remain separate from connector capability. A readable or writable upstream API never equals automatic BakedBot execution authority.

What BakedBot adds to a Treez operation

The goal is not another dashboard. It is an operating layer that notices business signals, proposes a response, explains the reasoning, and keeps execution behind explicit authority.

Smokey grounded in your real menu

Use authorized Treez product and sellable-inventory data to help shoppers discover products that are actually available at the location they are shopping.

Customer lifecycle intelligence

When customer and ticket access is authorized, BakedBot can calculate recency, frequency, spend, and product-preference signals for retention and revenue-recovery workflows.

Inventory and margin visibility

Pops and Money Mike can surface slow-moving products, stock exposure, product movement, and cross-location opportunities without replacing Treez as the retail system of record.

Repeatable multi-location operations

Each dispensary location keeps its own Treez connection and readiness state while BakedBot gives operators a consolidated view across the organization.

Governed actions, not blind automation

Deebo checks policy, consent, and execution authority before customer-facing actions. Connector access never grants an AI agent permission to act on its own.

Decision receipts and measurable outcomes

BakedBot records what signal was detected, what action was proposed, what data supported it, who approved it, and what measurable outcome followed.

Operator-first architecture

Connector capability is not agent authority.

BakedBot separates what Treez can expose, what a specific operator has authorized, what each AI agent may do, and what still requires a human decision. That separation is how we automate useful work without turning a POS integration into uncontrolled execution authority.
